Under $75K Thurday – c.1854 Mississippi Greek Revival Everette-Gottig-Bilbo House $60K
April 11, 2024
OHU50K Notes $60,000
Built in 1854, and on the National Register of Historic Places, is the Everette-Gottig-Bilbo House. TheĀ four bedroom, three bath home is a Greek Revival with a front porch with four Tuscan columns which were altered in 1930. A kitchen was added to the home at that time, too. Love the shuttered double doors that lead out onto the porch as well as the front entrance with transom and sidelights. Then we get to the interior, and sadly, it needs a savior pronto. The home has a lovely staircase, hardwood floors, a fireplace and some old elements, including a couple of clawfoot tubs, old sink, bead board and more if you can find it in the mess.
