5 Barker St, Seneca Falls, NY, 13148 $59,900
OHU50K NOTES
If, like me, you can’t resist a yellow fixer upper home with white trim, then this home calls your name. The kitchen paint job is rather startling, but the floor-to-ceiling cupboard is a keeper. The home is located in Seneca Falls, a historic town along a branch of the Erie Canal and the birthplace of women’s rights. Seneca Falls is also thought to have been the inspiration “Bedford Falls”, the fictional town in Frank Capra’s classic film It’s a Wonderful Life.

I’m glad they didn’t let them turn it into a duplex. Love yellow and white!!
Beatuiful!! One day I’m going to buy one of these houses you post. I look ever day on here searching for my perfect home!
Love the area. Lived there in the early 90’s. Winters are beautiful, cold, and snowy. Summers are surrounded by the finger lakes. Amazing!
