Two of our children live in this area, so I have spent a lot of time in Aurora, a charming town with amazing old churches and a lovely river walk. This home needs work, but it is just down the street from the beautiful Hillforest House Museum. Our featured home has a seasonal view of the Ohio River, too. Downtown Aurora does flood, but this home sits high above the river so flooding at the property is not an issue. The biggest issue I do see is the home’s close proximity to the less desirable dead end area of Fifth Street. On the other hand, the close proximity to Cincinnati (about a 20 minute drive), means jobs.
