I don’t know why, but I kinda fell in love with this fixer upper. Maybe it’s the rural location or the fact that it has outbuildings, most specifically a chicken house. Could be the large corner lot where I can envision flower gardens, vegetable gardens and fruit trees. Then again, the original light fixtures might be the attraction. Nope, it definitely is all the original woodwork and built-ins with that gorgeous patina that has really grabbed my heart!
