We used to have a 15-acre hobby farm near Oneonta, so I am partial to the quaint college town, and this is the kind of property that always calls my name. I had to call my husband into my office (actually a closet) to see this one as I knew he’d love it, too. The small Queen Anne with a large chicken house, small barn on 3/4 of an acre at the end of a dead-end road looks so peaceful and bucolic. The house boasts a gorgeous staircase, stained glass and a great old farm sink. The property may have lost some of its luster for me when I viewed Google Map, but I still love it.

Country in the city! This charming home is on wonderful large private lot at the end of a dead end road just waiting for someone to come and restore it to its original glory. The huge two story barn has lots of storage space and even has the beginnings for someone that likes to do antique or garage sales. Property is being sold as is and includes everything in the barns!

That gorgeous linoleum in the laundry room makes me want to weep with joy. This is indeed a lovely property.
