Under $75K Thursday – c.1910 Iowa Fixer Upper $70K
OHU50K Notes $70,000
Built in 1910, this Iowa fixer upper needs a bunch of work, but at least she still retains much of her c.1910 character.
Love the unpainted woodwork, especially the staircase, the original windows, original front door and hardwood floors. In all my years of scouring old house listings, this is only the second time I have ever seen a mirror over the kitchen sink.
