Beautifully updated. I love everything except the chandelier lights,, which are easily changed out.

Well, I wish they would have refinished the hardwood floors or used wood instead of laminate. Pretty nice but some character seems lost

looks very generic

I actually liked it better before they did the ‘upgrades’. The oldness is now gone 🙁

Looks like a generic ‘newer’ house now. Right down to the laminate floors. I feel they did not take into account the historic intergrity of the home at all. Beautiful job if you want to live in a cookie cutter house.

Nice B-grade flip. The house has good bones, but some of the design choices are pretty specific. Someone who likes this taste will have a great home.

I saw many needs passed over to make it appear all new. So I question the selling price, as there is likely another 60k to drop in it.

Its far easier to criticize than to create, overall good Job Im sure on this build like all others there was a
budget that played the other side of the profit margin have to figure out where to stop or
it no longer becomes profitable.
Good gob !!!!!!!

Better before. Boring after. There is zero warmth or character. I wish these flippers would leave the heritage houses alone.
