I saw the first photo of this home and thought, “Oh, what a great house!” That is until I saw the interior. Yes, it sits on 3.57 eastern Tennessee acres, but even so….. A mudslide has decimated the poor thing. My husband thinks the effort and cost to repair the place is not worth it. I rarely agree that a house is not worth saving, but this one would be way too much for me to tackle. What do you think?

Great rolling land with home that sits off the road. Home needs work due to a mud slide. Please see pictures. Upper level has beautiful detail with spiral staircase.

Another mud slide could damage it again after it was repaired. Not worth the risk.
