OHU50K Notes. $58,000 Reduced to $25,000

I wish there were more photos of this circa 1886 Victorian, but what we do see is lovely. The fireplace, staircase, hardwood floors, French doors and fretwork are wonderful. Looks can be deceiving, however. OHU50K first featured this home back in July 2022 when it was listed at $58K. Over the winter, the pipes burst and asbetos was found. Thus, the drastic price reduction.
