Family History

Fisher Family

This was the home of Aloysius Lawrence Fisher (1900-1947) and his wife, Emma, in the 1930s and 1940s. Aloysius, was a resident of Mansfield for 27 years and worked for the Westinghouse Electrical Corporation as superintendent of the laundromat and iron divisions there. A.L. was active in civic and church affairs and left behind a son, Robert, and daughter, Geraldine, before his death at the young age of 47.
