I’m confused it says New Jersey on the address then it says North Carolina on the address… Which State is this in? I’m hoping North Carolina because New Jersey property taxes are the highest in the United States Of America. Taxes would be more than what I make in a year there. I love the interior of this house! 💖

Looks like gas heat ..is boiler ok ? How old is roof . Needs vinyl rap .. can’t see back yard . Very close to neighbor . What is the power box upgrade ? Looks empty. Bathrooms/ kitchen need remodel .. brings cost for restoration pretty high. What is city value of property . Will need a lot . Interested but not at the asking price !
