This home is located on a 3 acre tract of land, with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen, 4 bedrooms with a large landing at the top of the steps, the bad news is that the home had a busted pipe in the upstairs bath with no one home that flooded the living room. The water ruined the ceiling and floor, and warped the front door. This will need to be repaired. The home is being sold as is.
