According to the map below, the grange building, located next to the old Parsonsfield school, served as the Baptist Church building in 1872. Both buildings are actually located in East Parsonsfield. The area has some lovely old homes, but the grange and the old school have seen alterations and neglect. Other than that, I found it very difficult to find information on either of these two buildings. The grange is, however, just a 45-minute drive to the coast.
