My husband and I are looking for a old house in Virginia and without a realtor to buy it and a land contract would be a Great deal but we need to save a little bit more money so for us to buy a house and plus we live in Michigan but we do want to live in Virginia so please contact us and let us know if you find anything for us in our budget is 8,000 to 10,000 with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and more than 1,000 square feet and a dishwasher and a washer and dryer set and we thank you sincerely Sandra and Keith Hill.
