This is a 1915 built Railroad Passenger Car. Built as Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway # 3620 and was later merged into the Southern Railroad. It is presently in Georgetown, DE and is available for conversion into a diner/restaurant/cafe/cabin or mobile home/office. Bring back the charm of classic rail travel and design in your project! The car is about 85 feet long and 10 ft wide. There are doors on both ends of the car as well as wider doors along the side of the car for what could be the kitchen area. The dining area has numerous windows. along both sides of the car. The car will be sold as the body only (trucks are slated to go to another railcar) with all fixtures inside the car included.
