It was gutted and renovated in 2018: new interior plywood walls, plastic vapor barrier, gutters, waterproof flooring throughout, with maintenance and love since then. It had the steel pontoons replaced in 2006 and power washed and painted several times since, it’s a tank on water! It’s in great condition given the year. It has two 60HP 2006 Mercury Bigfoot 4-stroke outboards that run flawlessly with 493/527 hours port/starboard. It has two 70 gallon gas tanks, a 40 gallon fresh water tank up top that feeds both kitchen and bathroom sinks, and new 120 gallon black water storage tank.

Part of the newest renovation was the addition of 1.5Kw solar panel array (6 panels) hard canopy up top, Outback charge controller, 4Kw Aims pure sine inverter, 6 AGM house batteries, new electric fridge, microwave, instant hot water for shower, and 120v outlets in each room.
