Wow. Not sure why they show the shed, if it’s not included, and I see almost no positives here. “I own the building, but gotta keep paying a lease in perpetuity”. “Heated outhouse”, etc. Big nope. Plus, all I can think is: black widow spiders. Enough trouble with them at my Auntie’s, well north of here. Though honestly, I’ve only come across one, and one nest, that luckily I checked under the rim of the trash can before grabbing it, because I tried to scrape the egg sac out, and little brown and orange baby widows scattered EVERYWHERE. Nightmare fuel.

Wow, look at al those beautiful mature trees. So much privacy. Its the three bears cabin and I feel like goldilocks lol. Although, they should lower the price a bit. Pretty dated and some disadvantages..
