Under $100K Sunday – Save This Old Fixer Upper Foursquare in Saginaw, MI $65K
OHU50K Notes $65,000
This fixer upper is in the historical District, yet they allowed this to happen?! The circa 1910 home was a single family that was converted into apartments for a little while and has now been converted back into a one unit for the purpose of becoming a salon/barber shop/studio but never finished. Thank goodness. This poor baby does not need any further degradation.

Americans and their garish color schemes, its like a house of horrors in a carnival! Inside and out.
Guaranteed there are more than 2 fireplaces ticked away in the walls someplace.
In Denver squares, there are often 4 chimneys servicing 2 or more fireplaces per stack. Thats where the original heat came from to heat so many rooms, every room needed access to a chimney port for either a fireplace, freestanding stove or a slide in coal 🔥

Interesting!
