YIKES! This was contingent, then back on the market, so I called about it…apparently, there is a really bad roof leak which would cost more than the house is worth to fix!!!! Apparently, there is actually a lot of damage, and the buidling out back is a one bedroom apartment that is not exactly structurally stable. Buyer beware!
