This house was up for sale a long while back and I was interested. Why?! I don’t know, considering I’m not from Arkansas and up until I had seen this house, I didn’t know I was even interested in moving there. I’m still unsure of why I had such a pull to this place. Well apparently this home gets put on the market frequently. I had my suspicions but don’t always like to entertain them… This time I did and I’m glad I did. You see, sometimes when you’re as obsessed with old historic homes n places and the historian (aka history addict),well you tend to learn w little more history than you intended. These beautiful long forgotten homes, picturesque lands, sometimes, they become that way for a reason. Because just like you or me, we’re known for holding onto an Xtra suitcase of troubles from time to time, right?! Well, sometimes, these ol houses aren’t ready to let go of some of their oldest memories either… Or former occupants! This is one of them. Always ask about the ghosties, do your research. They have to disclose but only if you ask. Good luck! I think if they’d get out of the way, this could be back to it’s old glory, but it needs a long deep cleaning before that’ll happen.
