Built in 1910, this New York handyman special for sale is full of character! From the gingerbread porch and imbricated shingles to the fabulous kitchen floor-t0-ceiling cupboard and stained glass window, I am impressed with this cheap old house. I have visited this town several times when my daughter’s college boyfriend was 96mph, left-handed pitcher for the Auburn DoubleDays, a minor league team for the Arizona Diamondbacks. The town has a great little stadium and some wonderful architectural gems!
