The graceful, one-story porch is embellished with turned posts and balusters, a spindle frieze, fancy brackets, and jigsawn pieces below the frieze. This home was owned by Napoleon Bonaparte Josey Sr. (1858-1929) and his wife, Lydia Brewer Josey (1864-1946).
