c.1889 Church For Sale in Wisconsin Reduced to $59,900
We first featured this old church for sale in Wisconsin back in December 2020. At that time the price was $49,000, and the building sold for $45,000 in January 2021. Now it is on the market for $59,900.
What a beautiful building! Tried as I might, I could not find the history of this building when it functioned as a church. I did discover, however, that the former church was utilized as the Puppet Church as of 2006. The Puppet Church billed itself as, “a majestic house for giant puppets, an old church building, and possibly a future community arts center.”

I saw this church on Facebook. . I have a couple questions. What are the taxes in it a year?how much for utilities? Heat ? Electric ?
It looks very unique. I live in Champmin a new suburb of Minneapolis. About 3 to 4 hours away. Before I would come and look at it . I would lije this information
