c.1890 Mississippi Handyman Special Neoclassical Home For Sale Reduced to $59,900
OHU50K $109,900 Reduced to $99,900 Reduced to $79,900 Reduced to $59,900
UPDATE: This Mississippi handyman special has now been reduced to $59,900. Thanks to Wendell, who went to see the house, we have the following information.
“The inside is very beautiful and I saw no leaks, but as I was inspecting the house the gas is unhooked and leaning over will need gas company to fix it has no water meter and because is has been empty for 3 years the wiring under the house is missing/cut and taken will need to hire a company to come out and sort thing out. Also front porch needs the most work and I know they have dropped the price to 60k if you have the money and time it is worth the investment.”
I’m assuming that this once grand Mississippi handyman special Neoclassical home for sale for $79,900 once had more land. It now looks rather out of place standing tall on its corner lot but surrounded by much smaller homes of a later era. Note the homes fluted columns, large sleeping porch and Palladian windows. Inside, we find hardwood floors, wonderful staircase, leaded glass windows, beautiful fireplace mantels and black and white tiled bathroom floor.

WHERE ARE ALL THE TOILET SEATS? And what IDIOT builds a countertop over the top of a toilet tank? What if you need to repair it? Just totally replace it? And the one bath tub…not just icky, but…no hardware!

How old is the roof? Are there any known leaks?
Thank you
