In the 1920s through the 1940s, this home was owned by the Taylor family. John T. Taylor was a motorman for a coal company. In 1920 the home was valued at $4,000, when he shared the house with his wife Mary, and children David, Frank, Eleanora and Margaret.  After John’s death, the house was passed down to his son, David.

Sadly, by 2008, the home had fallen into disrepair and was sold by auction.
