Designed by architect J.W. Gaddis, the church sits on 2+ acres on a country road. A house is close by, but for the most part, you’d have your own sanctuary, literally and figuratively.
This unique church for sale offers a large open sanctuary area with original wood ceiling intact, interior wood doors, wood flooring, steeple with working bell, majority of stained glass windows are in storage and included in the sale. The exterior has limestone accents, decorative metal finials & roof was replaced in 2013. Complete rehabilitation is needed. Current owner states that county water and gas service run along Palmyra Road. Electric and propane gas are hooked up to the property.
Wow just WOW if I had the ability I would pay extra to get it out of current contract… I want it so bad and with most of the original windows I would make this a beautiful home.
