This 2-story, Florida home for sale still retains a lot of original features such as original wood windows and some original door knobs. Realtor Comments
Beautiful Horne-Cone House built in 1892, according to local history. You enter the home onto a full-length covered front porch with the haint blue color still slightly visible on the ceiling. The front door opens into a massive central hallway that can be used for living and entertaining. To the left is the formal dining room, likely originally the parlor. French doors open to the kitchen and breakfast nook, with a butler pantry off the kitchen. A full bath is located down the hall, ending at the laundry room. There is also a bedroom, living room, and half bath located downstairs. As we head up the beautiful staircase, you will notice the atriuma very unique feature of this home. There are five large rooms upstairs, a full bath, and a walk-in attic storage room. The red room is my most loved room as it sits over the front porch and is a bright, sunny space. The fenced in back yard offers plenty of outdoor space. You’ll find lantana dotting the flower beds too. The owner is ready for a new owner to love this home and maintain it for generations to come.
