You may want to make cosmetic changes, but this cute little cottage is ready to move right in. Could make a great little starter of retirement home.

Own your own piece of Du Quoin history with this charming bungalow that was built in 1896. The home offers a large living area with an eat in kitchen. You enterthrough antique French doors to the second bedroom, this would also make a great home office or den. The front porch is an inviting place to relax along with the 3seasons room on the back.
