OHU50K NOTES
Here is a sweet brick bungalow on a large corner lot in Sedalia, Missouri. I came across an ad in a 1925 edition of the Sedalia Democrat newspaper that led me to the original owners of the home. Thomas Perrin, a tinner, lived here with his wife Annie and son Joseph from the time the house was built until the 1930s. Thomas was born in 1866 in Fayetteville, NY, but came to Sedalia as a boy from Hannibal, Missouri. For many years he worked for the Missouri-Kansas-Texas railroad shops in Sedalia and was also employed by local metal workers.
It appeared that Thomas may have also owned a farm outside of Sedalia. I found an article of him buying a cow for $315 in 1909, and another of him and his son Joe winning a poultry award in 1934. Thomas died in 1947, preceded in death by his son Joseph.

REALTOR COMMENTS
This home is a Fixer Upper but has a lot of the original trim and built-ins and windows. There is a lot of potential in this home. Both bedrooms have sun rooms. Nice tall ceilings on main floor. Covered front to watch everything and swing. House is on a huge corner lot and close to everything.
