Save This c.1900 New York Fixer Upper For Sale on Acre Reduced to $85K
$99,900 Reduced to $85,000
This New York fixer upper is from my old neck of the woods. The four-bedroom, one-bath home offers hardwood floors and original staircase, but the 2,200-sf home needs everything from soup to nuts. On the plus side, the are is beautiful! In our early years of marriage, we owned a 15-acre farmette right off the road this featured home is on. Route 20 may look like a highway, but believe me, it is actually a lovely scenic drive with little traffic.
The home is located less than a 10-minute drive to the sweetest, little New York village. It is a favorite of mine. Plus, the home is just down the hill from The Tepee souvenir shop and the “Grand Panoramic View!” Now I have home sickness. However, when we first featured this home in April 2025 it was on the market for $22,500. With very little, if any, work done since that time, even the current reduced $85,000 price tag may be wishful thinking.

I agree, it’s wishful thinking they’ll get $99k for it! I wish I could buy it, I’d fence in the property & let my dogs run the whole property to get their zoomies out!! I love it!! And tysm for having a place for older homes, those are my fave!!
