c.1900 New York Queen Anne Victorian Fixer Upper Under $140K
OHU50K Notes $139,900
I love a house with a tower, and this New York Queen Anne Victorian has that and more. Built around 1900, the four-bedroom, two-bath home offers double front doors, stunning staircase with the lamps still on the newell post, rounded walls, vintage lighting fixtures and floor-to-ceiling windows. The 2,636-sf fixer upper also has a fireplace, bay windows, a detached garage, public water and a 0.43 lot on a street of lovely older homes.

How drunk were the builders? One room has windows at different heights, then you have a bedroom that you have to step down into???? What you can see of the roof looks decent, but the damage inside is either leaking, or sitting unheated for a while.
