OHU50K NOTES

This sweet home with mini tower is located on tree-lined stretch of road just a hop, skip and jump from “downtown” Crossville. Crossville (pop. 745) had its share of tragedy in 2017 when an EF3 wedge tornado touched down, damaging the village and killing one person. This home’s tower stood strong.

i am the current owner of the property which i fell in love with when i saw it-most repairs now done but very difficult to find reputable and honest workmen here-i am not from area-you will love this house when it goes up for sale again soon however i would suggest very private people purchase this home with appropriate contacts should additional repairs be needed-this is a most unfriendly and unhelpful community very clannish and ungenuine people here including the realtor who sold me the home-they put up a good front but dont be fooled when push comes to shove they prefer outsiders stay out-ideal home for the writer or artist not bothered by surrounding neighbors-loaded with character and friendly ghosts it needs an owner who will care for it as i have-this property has to much charm and has withstood since the 1860s to have anything less

I grew up in a home just across the street a little ways and my very good friend lived in the home you are talking about. I was In that house as much as I was in my own. I would love to buy it and I have noticed that the person that bought it from you has already put a for sale sign up in the past week or so. I’m curious about a few things that I would like to get in touch with you about
