OHU50K first featured this rusticated block home back in February 2021 when it had no interior pics and was listed at $50,000. I am hoping it is a sign that the market is getting back to normal pricing, as the home is back on the market at the reduced price of $35,000.
Realtor is not making much of an effort. Would it really cost that much more to include decent pictures and more info.
If I was looking to sell, I see enough here to choose a different realtor.
I agree with Chuck who commented above. It seems to be a nice home at least from what I can barely see in the very few pictures. I would love to see more.
