c. 1920 Fixer Upper Cottage in Helper Utah $45K ~ Off Market

261 E 100 N, Price, UT 84501       $45,000 ~ Pending ~ Off Market

OHU50K NOTES

Here is a fixer upper in the extreme in Helper, Utah. It is interesting to see what under $50K gets you in the western states. Not much, but I can see potential.

FYI: Butch Cassidy stayed in Helper the night before he robbed the Pleasant Valley Coal Company in nearby Castle Gate. Castle Gate, along with the nearby former coal mining communities of Coal City, Consumers, National, Peerless, Rains, Royal, and Standardville, are now ghost towns. Or family has visited several ghost towns in Utah, but I have to add these to my bucket list.

The home has a new electrical service and breaker panel, but other than that, it needs just about everything else, and it’s on .16 acres (50 feet of frontage, and 140 feet deep) and 832 square feet, your dreams can come true!
