c.1920 Missouri Foursquare With Gorgeous Original Details $53K

OHU50K Notes $53,000

It may look like a Plain Jane Foursquare on the outside, but the interior boasts gorgeous original details. For a house at this price point, the woodwork is amazing! Of course, the home needs TLC, but consider the hardwood floors, unpainted woodwork, colonnades, vintage lighting fixtures, 5-panel doors! This three bedroom, two bath foursquare is a winner!
