c.1922 Pennsylvania Stone House For Sale on 1+ Acre Reduced to $55K
$59,900 Reduced to $55,000
Here is a Pennsylvania stone house for sale on 1.07 acre. Built in 1922, the five bedroom. 3.5 bath home has an enclosed front porch, beautiful hardwood floors and a stunning stone fireplace. Love how the archway frames the fireplace.
The property has a couple of issues, however, that are the reasons why the home has been on the market so long. While the structure of the main part of the house is fine, the addition will have to be removed. Also, the home is very close to the road.

Sadly, it is in or very close to a flood zone. With no photos of addition, it’s hard to tell what’s needed. Given that the addition is on a downward slope to the creek, foundation issues sure seem likely… a shame since its beautiful stone.
