Check it out. A cheap Ohio bungalow for sale for $43,000. The three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has a front porch, rear deck and a detached, two-car garage on its lot. Hardwood floors, unpainted woodwork, archways, window seats and a fireplace are high lights. The kitchen needs a reconfiguration. It’s pretty ridiculous. Why the stove is sequestered in a nook is beyond me, and where is the fridge? I do enjoy all the broom and ironing board closets, though. Maybe bump out the area at the back door that leads out to the deck to make more space. A quasi-finished basement holds a sort of family room with a fireplace. Also, looks like the half bath is down there as well as the laundry area.
Warren 3 bed 1 bath rental or primary residence. Floors will need re-sanded due to pets. Home will need new carpeted. Nice deck in the back w/ 2 car garage. Kitchen can be re-configured if layout is not suitable. Quiet street.
