I wish realtors were required to photograph areas needing work and to fully state issues. It can’t just be possible lead paint or all the places you share would state that. This house has a few issues easily seen with the provided photos but there must be more. It’s exactly what I’m looking for in terms of price, size, unpainted woodwork and built-ins. But I’m in Missouri and can’t get to Ohio to see it in person. I’d be seriously upset if I spent the money to get there only to find out really bad stuff about the place.
