c.1929 Arkansas Craftsman Home For Sale $54K
$54,000
Here is a handsome Arkansas Craftsman home for sale with three bedrooms, two baths. The single-story home has a shady front porch, new roof, and a detached garage on its small lot. Inside, we find hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, built-in book shelves, rich, dark woodwork, spacious kitchen and tiled bathreoom. Central air and public utilities, too. While the town has many gorgeous older homes, crime stats are dismal.

This home exudes classic charm and warmth, with its inviting Craftsman-style architecture. The wide porch and symmetrical windows create a balanced, welcoming facade that suggests both comfort and elegance. Its earthy tones and brick foundation add a grounded, timeless appeal, while the mature trees surrounding the property enhance its character and provide natural beauty. The subtle blend of history and homeliness makes this house feel like a place where memories are waiting to be made.

Seems to get worse the further in you go! LOL BUT!!!! It’s in REALLY great shape for Pine Bluff! Most vacant houses have been broken into, graffitti’d, destroyed! Or they’re just plain falling in. There are documentaries on YouTube about Pine Bluff.
