The area between Millington and Otisville is characterized by gently rolling hills and farmland. As you travel from Millington to Otisville, the landscape gradually transitions from the flat, fertile plains near Millington to slightly more undulating terrain further north.

The highest elevations in this region are found just north of Millington, reaching around 800-850 feet above sea level. From there, the land slopes downward to the northwest towards the Flint River valley, dropping to around 700-750 feet in elevation near Otisville.
