The interior is pretty far gone, but I couldn’t resist the exterior of this building, the former Norcross Public School. The c.1938 Art Deco building’s facade is wonderful. The property features very strong, substantial foundation and walls and was built by the Works Progress Administration. It was open as a school from 1938 until the 1970s. A husband and wife team have done some work to it, but apparently have run out of steam.
