c.1970 Texas Move-In Ready Home For Sale w/ Waterviews $160K
$160,000
If you have always wanted a house by the beach, and this Texas move-in ready home is one to look at. The two-bedroom, one-bath home has water views and is just minutes from Sargent Beach. Built in 1970, the house sits on piers and features a porch and updated interior. It does disappoint with the tired HGTV finishes, but a buyer likely will be spending most of their time outside anyway.

At least the walls aren’t gray…
I had the same cheap bathroom faucet in my house, junk. I replaced it with a Delta washerless. Worth the money to upgrade.
