c.1988 Pirate Ship – Holiday Mansion Houseboat For Sale in Virginia Reduced
OHU50K NOTES. $65,000 Reduced to $49,000
Believe it or not, this is not the first pirate ship we have featured here on OHU50K. In fact we first featured this very one in December 2021 when it was listed at $65,000. It has now been reduced to $49,000!
Daniel Corder, aka Captain Dan, a retired firefighter in Virginia’s Northern Neck, has turned at least 24 boats into pirate ships. He, along with his first mate, wife Denise, takes castaway stuff from dumpsters to convert boats into live-aboard pirate ships. Porch columns have been turned into masts, and PVC pipe into cannons.
Please direct all questions to the ownerDaniel Corder at 571-233-1663.
Seller COMMENTS
You “arr” lookin at a used pirate ship for sale by the “ownarr”… she is 45 feet at the water line, sleeps six and is being sold with a skeleton crew. This ship is suitable as a floating Airbnb attraction. Interested Pirates can “parlay” with Captain Dan.

What a HOOT! Interesting to see what Dumpster Dive Repurposing can do to make life a bit more exciting and flamboyant for Arts sake.

How do I get a hold of Captain Dan? See no link posted though there is indication that one exists. Thank you!

The link sends you to Facebook Marketplace. From there, there is a “send message” box. That’s the only contact we have.

IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO CONTACT THE CAPTAIN?
[email protected]
That is the only info we have to contact Captain Dan. If you Google him, there are a whole bunch of articles about him. I only read two or three, but I didn’t see any contact information. Maybe you’d have better luck.
