Beautiful house in a neighborhood of pretty houses. Montgomery is well located in the state, something like 2 hours from Birmingham and a few hours from Mobile. It is home to really popular museums such as the Zelda Fitzgerald house musum (beautiful early 20th century brick bungalow), Hank William Sr museum, and several permanent museum installations related to southern black history. Even if you don’t buy this gorgeous house, Montgomery is worth a visit. Also, I don’t think jobs would be that difficult to find; Montgomery is a pretty good size town with all the stuff that size of town carries, plus there are big auto manufacturers in that area.
