Cheap-ish 1886 Historic Quincy IL Victorian Home For Sale $149K
OHU50K Notes $149,000
*
As part of our new “Cheap-ish” category, this a a reminder that OHU50K will always mainly focus on old houses in the $50Ks, but both rising real estate prices and real estate agents who put no effort in taking photos of the interiors of cheap houses have made it harder to find decent homes under our price constraints. Cheap-ish will feature a couple of affordable homes each day that are over the $100K mark. If you are not interested in Cheap-ish, simply skip over the posts.

Whoa! The most beautiful home I’ve ever seen! Style, beauty, class, elegantly maintained, all that a house should be.

This home is absolutely stunning. Why is it being sold for such a cheap price???

This home has the ‘almost looks too good to be true’ vibe. Great architectural details with just few visible minor? cosmetic things to fix, at an incredible price. Quincy has lots of great older homes. My grandparents lived there and we used to just drive around town and check out the old neighborhoods when visiting.

The price reflects the market comps in the area. It’s the Real Deal, though. I toured it, today. Even more stunning in person, than the pics showed. (Currently, off-market due to a personal emergency)

Good to know, thanks!
