This house was built by the same builder as the historic Donoho Hotel.During its heyday in the 1920s and 1930s, nine resorts and numerous rooming houses were located in Red Boiling Springs attracting thousands of visitors, including President Woodrow Wilson. Summer populations would swell and the tourism industry boomed. Bathhouses, bowling alleys, a ballroom, a recreational lake and amusement park were just a few of the many tourism businesses that thrived. After World War II, however, the town went into a decline, made worse by a flood in 1969.
First off, not enough pictures although I saw enough to know it is in a serious condition. That roof has been rusted since before 2008. Price is much too high.
Is the smaller house on the property? If not why have the additional photo? I agree there are not enough pictures but with what I see, not a lot of the original left so whomever bought it would have to recreate. Too much price for not enough.

First off, not enough pictures although I saw enough to know it is in a serious condition. That roof has been rusted since before 2008. Price is much too high.
