There’s a lot of water damage to be seen here and not just from the encroaching river. Effluent along the basement walls is high and the evidence of extensive roof leaks on 2nd flr means all those tiles must come down.
And since the St Croix spent the previous week++ at near flood stage the house needs to be moved cross the road and raised.
