c.1903 School For Sale on 1.58 Acres in North Dakota $150K
OHU50K Notes $150,000
The former Northern Cass school is for sale. Seems the school district in that area reorganized in 1996 and apparently closed this school. Since that time, the seven bedroom, 11 bath building has been used as a residence and business.
Love the brickwork on the original facade of the school, and the living areas are pretty impressive. I wouldn’t want to heat this place in the North Dakota winters, but if you got several families and/or businesses together to mitigate utilities, this building has loads of possibilities.
The town has a population of only 332 residents, though, in the southeastern corner of the state. Presented by CJ Anderson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties. Look at that yard!

The school for sale is in Hunter, a small town in the southeast part of the state. Originally, the town was named Delano. In 1881, the name was changed to Hunter after a wealthy landowner, John Hunter, promised to help build the town a church in return for the name change.

IS THAT A BEAD SHOP IN THERE????? *intense vibrating begins* Man, if I had the money, it could be turned into a tribal vocational school! Plenty of grounds for sustenance gardens…could put in a small cafe, just update the kitchen to commerical…the possibilities!
