What a damn shame. Lots of beautiful wooden floors, wood framed doorways and windows… lots of pluses and equal amounts of negatives. Who let this house come to this condition?
Whoever owns this house, now, should PAY someone the $160,000 dollars to take the house off their hands.
Absolutely disgraceful. I imagine it would take nearly $30 to $50 thousand dollars to bring this house back to 100% structural soundness.
I suspect no one will buy this house and it will fall victim to a bulldozer.
