I can not understand why people post that they interested in a property when at the beginning of every listing it clearly states that if interested contact realtor. Hell they even give you all of the realtors info. Are these people actually smart enough to buy a house?

I remember this property. Even at 60K, I feel like it was too much. I bet a flipper thought they could buy it do some work, and double their money. Instead, they decided to try and double their money. Bet there is a lot more work they are trying not to show. It is why they didn’t show the interior.
